SKIN SURVEILLANCE

It is really important to give yourself regular skin checks (once a month) and see your regular doctor at least once a year. If you notice any changes with your skin, you should see your regular doctor immediately. This includes changes in freckles, moles and any other sunspots you may have. Photography is also a really useful way to monitor your skin if you can get someone to assist you. We recommend that if you have had skin cancer previously, that you have more regular check ups both personally and by a professional doctor. If you do develop skin cancer, having regular skin checks will allow for early treatment and a better outcome.
